I'm afraid I'm not on MIUI anymore, nor the Incredible so I do not have these files..

I know the VA Underneath (Lockscreen mtz) I downloaded off MIUI, and NeonBT for the notification panels was also off MIUI.. that's the best I can help you though, sorry..

haha it's a picture frame, it's part of the MIUI Rom but there is a download that looks almost identical called Big Photo Frame in the market..
